You probably have questions-- we have answers.  Some FAQ are included here for your convenience. 

1.   I have a design-- what sort of file do you need?  We need a .JPEG file if you need for us to *digitize your logo.  If you have an embroidery file, we can frequently use that without having to digitize it for you.

2.  How long does it take for my logo to be digitized?  Depending on the complexity of the design, it can take 3-5 business days for us to provide you a sewout for your approval. 

2.   I have an idea for my logo-- can you help me?  We have a graphic artist on staff who can turn your cocktail napkin idea into reality.  Once the design is finished, we can then digitize your design into a file that our machines can read and produce your embroidered items.

3.   I want my name or initials embroidered on my shirt or gym or soccer bag.  Can you do that?  Yes, we can.  Know, however, that we cannot be held responsible if something happens to them, and we will occasionally have to refuse to embroider an item if we feel it won't embroider well. The minimum charge is $15, with extra charges if the item is difficult to hoop.
